FAQ
Questions we hear a lot.
Will I lose my Google rankings when I migrate?
No — we handle SEO migration carefully. Every URL gets a proper 301 redirect, your metadata transfers over, and your sitemap is submitted to Google. Most clients see rankings improve within 30-60 days because the new site is faster and scores better on Core Web Vitals.
How long does the whole process take?
From first call to launch, most projects take 3-6 weeks total. A simple 5-10 page site can be done in 2-3 weeks. More complex sites with custom features take 5-8 weeks.
Can I still edit my own content after migration?
Yes. We set up a simple content management system so you can update text, images, and basic page content without touching code. For anything more involved, that's what the retainer is for.
What happens to my WordPress site?
We archive a complete backup before launch. If for any reason you wanted to go back (nobody has), you could. But you won't want to.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Migration projects are fixed-price with clear milestones. Retainers are month-to-month — you stay because it's working, not because you're locked in.
I'm not very technical. Is this going to be complicated for me?
Not at all. That's the whole point. We handle the technical side so you can focus on running your business. The most technical thing you'll need to do is approve the staging site and tell us if you want anything changed.
